Shipping policy

We ship bicycles & accessories directly to your door. Your bicycle will be delivered to you in a flat pack, 80% assembled. We will provide you with instructions so that you can complete the remainder of assembly.

VALLKREE mechanics are available over the phone Monday - Friday in order to answer any of your assembly questions. Email: nz@vallkree.com with you contact number and we will be in touch ASAP.

DELIVERY TO BIKE STORE (BICYCLES ONLY)

If you would like a bike store to complete assembly of your bicycle, put the bike store's address in the shipping details section of your order. We will ship your bicycle directly to the bike store. It is important that you speak to the bike store first and let them know your bicycle will be sent directly to them. You should also try to confirm an assembly price with the bike store prior to delivery. You will responsible for all assembly charges.

Pick Up

VALLKREE provides a FREE pick up service from electrify.nz stores across NZ. You can pick up your bicycle 100% assembled and ready to ride. Please wait for notification that your bicycle is ready for pick up.
