SHIPPING, PICKUP & RETURNS

We ship bicycles & accessories directly to your door. Your bicycle will be delivered to you in a flat pack, 80% assembled. We will provide you with instructions so that you can complete the remainder of assembly.

VALLKREE mechanics are available over the phone Monday - Friday in order to answer any of your assembly questions. Just call 0220635046.

DELIVERY TO BIKE STORE (BICYCLES ONLY)

If you would like a bike store to complete assembly of your bicycle, put the bike store's address in the shipping details section of your order. We will ship your bicycle directly to the bike store. It is important that you speak to the bike store first and let them know your bicycle will be sent directly to them. You should also try to confirm an assembly price with the bike store prior to delivery. You will responsible for all assembly charges.

WHO DELIVERS YOUR PRODUCTS?

We deliver across NZ wide using a Move Freight.  To ensure your delivery arrives, we utilize registered post on all our items so your delivery does not get lost. You can track the progress of your delivery by using the Reference Number that is sent to you in your Despatched confirmation. We ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive for the item.

DELIVERY TIMES

All in stock items will be dispatched within 5 days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification & tracking number. Items are dispatched from Mount Maunganui and standard delivery time frames apply. If you live in a rural area please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Pick Up

VALLKREE provides a FREE pick up service from our shop in Mount Maunganui. You can pick up your bicycle 100% assembled and ready to ride. Please wait for notification that your bicycle is ready for pick up.

Refunds and returns

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute including under the NZ Consumer Law.

2. Refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.

3. The Customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return.

4. Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

5. Where You are returning a Product to us because of Our failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, You must return the Product to us at Your cost unless the Product cannot be returned, removed or transported without significant cost to You because of:
(a) the nature of Our failure to comply with the consumer guarantee, or
(b) the size or height, or method of attachment, of the Product.
